Portland isn't one market. I bring local context to the neighborhoods, property types, tradeoffs, and buyer behavior that shape real decisions.
I grew up on the east side of Portland and moved to the west side in early adulthood. That real time — across schools, commutes, housing stock, and buyer demand — is something I draw on every time I help you weigh a neighborhood.
