A wonderful home in the Oak Hills neighborhood sat all summer in 2017 with another broker — when the average home was selling in near-record time. The photography was dull and the place just looked “tired” but after nearly five months with no interest, I took over the home.

For less than a $1000, had a few rooms and cabinets painted, staged it and took new and vibrant photography. It sold for the same price the other agent had listed for and I had MULTIPLE offers the first weekend on the market.
